
MY STORY
Hey, my name is Laura and I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. I have always been into fitness, but until a few years ago, I never really felt like I knew what I was doing - I lacked confidence using weights in the gym, my diet was unbalanced and I found it hard to remain consistent.
Since then, I have taken the time to really educate myself on the mechanics behind training and the proper way to perform exercises, to maximise workouts and feel like you're getting it right. I have learnt how to build a healthier relationship with food that is not restricting, and most importantly, the tips and tricks to remaining consistent. I have found that consistency really is the key to achieving goals. Sadly, this is also the part which most of us struggle with. BUT that's exactly what I'm here for and want to help you with! I believe in making fitness a lifestyle, by creating sustainable healthy habits which allow you to still live the life you love.
Whilst I have physical goals, one of the main reasons that I wake up each day and choose to exercise, whether that be a gym session or a walk, is because of the feeling it gives me afterwards. Mentally, I feel more positive and it gives me a sense of achievement in the day. That boost in positivity and confidence that comes with exercise and being able to push your body further than your mind thinks it is capable of, can be used in all aspects of life, not just fitness. My aim as an online coach is to help you grow stronger both physically and mentally.
